EARSHOT is back. Back on the road, and back making new music. With Wil Martin on vocals and guitar, Aaron Fink (Breaking Benjamin) on guitar, John Novak on bass, and Michael Sylvia on drums, the band is out on the road on a fall tour with Thousand Years Wide and MCHNZ, and making fans happy with a set with mainstays “HeadStrong”and "Get Away' and also showcasing a few newbies slated for a new album in progress, with work Martin has said may be their best.
Earshot made Las Vegas a stop last week, at (Danny Koker/Counting Cars) Count’s Vamp'd with quite a respectable crowd, and fans’ take on the new tunes was a hit. Earshot included “Unraveling”, their single released earlier this year, along with new “Out Of My Hands” and “What Are You Waiting For", a real hard hitting soulful song that stands out in the set, and shows solid direction for the new material and album in the works.
Earshot has been semi quiet since the release of their last record, EP AFTERMATH from 2014, releasing only a few singles in the years since, so a potential new record is exciting news, and this fall tour gives fans a sneak peek. 2024 is the 20th Anniversary of Earshot's debut album Letting Go, and would come full circle with a new record. We’ll see what evolves, but the new songs are hot, and the band out rocking through late October before the tour leg ends. For more information on dates and band news check out their website HERE
